Below is a breakdown of the content we will cover both in the Online Course, and in our 1 on 1 sessions. As we explore this in a 1 on 1 basis, we can delve deeper into your own personal needs, experiences and issues.
Each session will actively engage a deeper exploration into the 3 Dimensions of Mindfulness: Namely:
- Internal Dimension
- This section covers how using mindfulness can help you to realise how you see yourself (internal self), and how to create new conditioned behavioural patterns through your awareness.
- Relational Dimension
- This section covers understanding how we relate to others in our lives, through becoming more aware of ourselves and our reactions and choices in relation to others.
- We delve deeper into ourselves, and our own relationships. Identifying areas where we can be more mindful and in turn find, create and sustain more harmonious relationships.
- Developmental Dimension
- This section, ensure we better understand how our past determines how we see the present. In order to evolve and keep moving forward and growing. We need to understand this, and learn how to let it go and recondition our thinking into new patterns of effective behaviour and response.
An important part of developing yourself through this course, is also understanding and developing independence, trust and belief in oneself. And NOT creating an attachment to a coach, but in realising that you eventually become your own best teacher.
Just as the well known text describes: give a man a fish and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.
